Jakarta (ANTARA News) - United States saxophonist Kenny G will perform at the Prambanan Jazz International Festival which is expected to take place at the field of Brahma complex in Prambanan Temple here on Oct.16, 2015, a spokesman has said.

"Kenny G has produced masterpiece of world-class music, and Prambanan is also a genuine masterpiece of Indonesia that has been recognized by the world community. Apart from Kenny G, some famous musicians such as the new diva Isyana Tompi and Sarasvati will enliven the Prambanan Jazz event, Alimi said.
According to him, the idea to perform the festival originated from a wish to create a world-class music festival in Yogyakarta.
Such idea was supported by a company PT Taman Wisata Candi Prambanan, Borobudur.
Alimi hoped that Rajawali Indonesia and PT Taman Wisata Candi agreed to make the Prambanan Jazz as an annual jazz festival.
