ONLINE SERVICE

As of 22nd  of February 2011, the Consular Service Online consist of Visa Application, Legalization Form, Lapor Diri and Permohonan Paspor RI can be made by online through our website by following these procedures :

1.      Fulfil the application form of said services and enclosing the complete documents as requirements through attachments.

b. Formulir Lapor Diri Online

c. Formulir Permohonan Paspor Online

d. Legalization Form Online

2.      The processing time of applications which have fulfilled the requirements takes  approximately 5 (five) working days.

3.      Please send the original documents to the Consular Service of the Indonesian Embassy.

4.  The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia no longer accept the regular application form submitted by applicant other than online application since the fasicility has been applied on 22nd of February 2011.

5.  It is advisable for applicant to use registered courier post service in order to guarantee the safety of the delivery documents.

6.  The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia has the right to return incomplete documentation at applicant own risk.
